Dark blue home decor in crystal, artisan glass, or other sapphire-themed materials could be a great alternative if your wife is not really into jewelry.

My husband and I are not really into anniversary presents but we are on holiday in Spain and going out for our 45th anniversary meal tonight and was browsing the gift ideas and because we do not have too much money for these things I came up with my suggestion I enjoy gin and tonic so thought I would ask for Bombay Sapphire especially. This brings in sapphire and does not cost an arm and a leg.
